Our Return Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your PawVita purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you received your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used, opened (for consumable products), or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Contact Us

Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Include photos if the item is damaged.

Receive Instructions

Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Ship the Item

Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you — no need to return the damaged item.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
